Hiatus On Thyroid Issues: ‘They’re Adjusting My Meds.

 She finally returned to her talk show on Monday, March 4, where she quickly blamed her three-month long hiatus on her thyroid issues.“So what had happened was she was only supposed to be off two weeks for Christmas vacation,” Williams, 54, revealed. “And towards the end of the two weeks, I started to feel thyroid issues.”The troubled talk show host admitted that she’s worked with a plethora of doctors to get her health issues straightened out.“Well, they’re still adjusting my meds,” Williams said. “If you don’t know about thyroid disease, it’s a lifetime thing. It can really screw you over.”

Williams’ shocking hiatus came on the heels of concerns for her health and a humiliating cheating scandal involving her husband.
