Primary and daughter PTCs in the same gland have the same US images.

Primary and secondary PTCs have different US images.

Multple PTCs in both lobes. A and B shows the primary classic PTC cancer images.

C and D was determine to be images of  a second primary infiltrating follicular variant PTC.

The images lacked similarity are two different PTC’s in the same gland.

A and B represent the primary oncocytic variant PTC.

C and D  has the same US image and is considered a similar daughter PTC.

A and B  shows images of a classic PTC.

C and D was also a classic type daughter PTC.

    hello doctor, i am from hongkong, is it possible to have your recommendation for thyroid fna biopsy of suspiciois for papillary cancer

      You need a complete evaluation for definitive diagnosis with DNA/RNA markers during a repeat biopsy.
      If positive alternative methods to surgery for may be possible.
